The Red Hot Chili Peppers performed a show in Texas, United States, where they added a special song to their setlist and paid tribute to Tom Petty.

When performing their cover of Funkadelic's "What Is Soul?", the band dedicated the track to the late musician.

Then they played another cover, but this time of Tom Petty's own song, "A Face in the Crowd," a track from the singer's first solo album, Full Moon Fever .

The song was performed by guitarist Josh Klinghoffer. Check out the video below:
